The conditions apply to the backup ring PO.
To ensure proper cooperation of the PO ring with any sealing element, the operating conditions of the sealing element itself must be ensured (except for the S max)

Comments

  1. It is possible to manufacture rings in special versions with nominal dimensions other than those specified in the standard range.
  2. The symbol “//” in the order denotes a ring with interrupted circumferential continuity (split ring).
  3. PO rings with uninterrupted circumferential continuity (solid rings) may only be used in sealing units with a split design (open grooves).
