Pressure relief valve DN12

Pressure relief valve DN12

481 135 12 10/2A; 481 135 12 10/2B
FATA500/50(S) (according GB/T 25974.3-2010) China market

The pressure relief valve of series 481 135 with DN12 connection is designed for application in hydraulic legs of powered roof supports, in the yielding systems of the canopy support ram and other rams, in accordance with the hydraulic system specification, where it is required to discharge the working medium out of the powered roof support unit. The valve is intended to protect the ram against excessive pressure increase in the overand/ or underpiston areas. The operation principle of the pressure relief valve is based on the classic design of the piston with rows of holes, slidably mounted in the connection, with the pressure setpoint adjustment by means of a helical spring. The working medium flows out to the environment (outside the contour of the powered roof support unit) via a conduit. The
design of the valve is not intended to be connected to the return line of the hydraulic system.

The valve can operate with using HFA fire-resistant fluids (oil-in-water emulsions) with a concentrate content of 0.5–3%, based on mineral and synthetic oils compliant with the PN-C-96047 standard. If other operating fluids (mediums) have to be used, it is required to valve manufacturer.
