The FCB-24/R control valve block is a separate pilot control system component. The block is intended to activate adequate valves in the operating block with a hydraulic signal triggered by 3/2way control valves. The hydraulic control signal is transmitted through a multihose connecting the two pilot control blocks. The control valve block enables installation of appropriate FDV control valves in any configuration of locks. It is also possible to disable specified functions by means of a special plug. The basic panel of the block is made of stainless steel and it is provided with embedded check and overflow valves in the return line T and a plug filter in the supply (pressure) line P.
